Levi is Seven

Levi had a great birthday yesterday. I really enjoy the years the kids don't have friend parties--partying with us is so much more fun!
Levi started his day by receiving a shiny new Razor scooter and helmet.
The "cake" Levi chose was a dinner-plate sized doughnut.
Then we spent about a half hour beating the crud out of a oatmeal-container-turned-pinata.

I think Levi is one of the brightest, best people on the planet. He brings us joy every day.

  3. Our local grocery store (Macey's) makes them. They give MAJOR wow power for the kids.

  4. Where the heck do you get a donut cake from? I want one!!

PS: My kids love Razor scooters and I borrow theirs any chance I get. They are sweet.

  5. PS: I'm a little slow, just read your other comments about the donut cake...Maceys as in a grocery store? Is that in Utah?

  6. Yeah, Macey's is a Utah grocery store--kind of a funny name--like for some places Macy's is a swanky department store--here it's where you buy huge crates of dehydrated food storage from Utah ladies with big hair. :)

  8. Love the Oatmeal/Pinata. Who needs a character? It's always seemed a little creepy to me to make some cute Pinata of somebody you like - and then beat it to pieces.
    Happy Birthday, Levi!
